**About the role**
We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. We're looking for a dedicated **Test Analyst** to join our team at Australian Retirement Trust (ART). In this role, you'll be at the forefront of implementing and executing test strategies and plans, specialising in system testing. You'll work closely with a dynamic team or agile squad, preparing and coordinating testing activities to ensure our systems meet both functional and non-functional specifications. Your ability to understand requirements, create and execute test cases, and maintain traceability will be crucial in delivering top-notch results.

As a Test Analyst, you'll be expected to embody our values of courage, empathy, and excellence. You'll proactively identify risks and issues, analyse and summarise test results, and collaborate with senior team members to improve system quality. Your role will also involve liaising with Release Management and Developers to coordinate releases, participating in test planning and execution, and maintaining records of defects. It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you’ll tick some of the following boxes too:

- Demonstrable experience using manual and automated testing tools and an understanding of how they contribute to effective testing outcomes.
- Demonstrable well-developed verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to develop reports, analyse & interpret outputs and initiate or recommend appropriate action.
- Demonstrable organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise and manage tasks to meet agreed service standards.
- Demonstrable experience identifying and raising risks and contribution to the development of mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills, attention to detail, a proactive approach to quality assurance, and ability to gain expertise in business systems quickly.
- Able to communicate effectively with domain and team leadership, with the ability to translate technical information into engaging and meaningful information.
- Demonstrable experience planning, estimating, scheduling and execution of test plans and test cases (automated and/or manual) for functional and non-functional testing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
