**About the role at uPaged**

Our ideal applicant has at least 2 years work experience in user experience and user

interface design; has a strong passion for solving complex design challenges, and has a

strong portfolio of work demonstrating product designs that have achieved business

results and created true value for customers.

The remit is expected to be as follows:
1. User experience design (UX): 50% of the role - you’ll work closely together with

our product manager and development team to define and implement solutions

for the product direction, visuals and experience. Our expectation is that you will

conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex

design roadblocks. You’ll need to collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a level

of design consistency and coherence across the platform.

1. User interface design (UI): 50% of the role - you will translate concepts, user

research, flows and wireframes into mobile and web visual designs that lead to

intuitive, aesthetically pleasing experiences that delight users. Designs should

demonstrate the best experience through understanding and analysis of the

user's behaviour. You’ll create interactive prototypes to demonstrate your designs

to the relevant teams and create high fidelity, annotated wireframes which

represent the final product ready to be handed over.

**Seniority**

Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically less than 2 years of experience is required.

- High Fidelity Prototype Development - Build and iterate on the look, feel, presentation, and interactivity of a product
- Wireframe and Prototype Development - Build and iterate on interactive prototypes to reach a defined goal
