**Your new role**
Your key responsibilities will be:

- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, accessibility, findability)
- Translate concepts into user journeys, use cases, wireframes and prototypes
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing user interface designs
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to technical and delivery stakeholders
- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centred solutions
- Develop wireframes and prototypes
- Support or lead customer testing and research throughout the design funnel (including ethnographic research, resonance testing and usability testing) for specific initiatives
- Co-ordinate customer testing
- Keep updated on products and trends
- Data analysis

**What you'll need to succeed**
We are keen to hear from people who
- 3+ years of professional design experience, including UX/UI
- Experience developing user interface designs, and UI prototypes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Able to work collaboratively with a wide cross-section of stakeholders including Product,Engineering, Product Management, and UX Research
- Self-motivated, able to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines
