About the role at Prezzee

We're hiring a Chapter Lead (Product Management) responsible for capability uplift and people management of the Product Management team. This is a 12 month parental leave cover.

Reporting to the Practice Lead (Product Management, UX/UI Design and Business Analysis), you will lead with empathy with the deep care for growth and nurturing of human capabilities within the team. Working closely with the Tribal Leaders and other relevant stakeholders, your mission is to effectively resource your Chapter across the business, while ensuring consistency, care and skills development.

**Seniority**

Mid Level - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Hypothesis Development - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
