**The Purpose**:
As the Payment Surveillance & Investigations Analyst you will assist the Payment Surveillance and Investigations (PS&I) team maintain the integrity of the AP+ network ensuring appropriate risk based transactional growth in new product areas. This will be achieved in this role by providing support, analysis and assistance across Fraud, Scams and Disputes & Chargeback process.
**This is what you’d be required to do**:
- Support Member engagement for Disputes and Chargebacks services
- Support the development, management and communication of all Disputes & Chargeback Rule Amendments & Requirements
- Support the Fraud & Disputes & Chargebacks Frameworks through Analysis and escalation
- Receive escalated Member enquiries from member services relating to Policy and Product
- Provide support in the Pre-Arbitration & arbitration of Escalated Dispute & Chargeback Cases where required
- Support the Creation and maintenance of local and global trend monitoring processes
- Support the Portfolio Risk Function in monitoring outlier behaviour on the network leveraging tools and reporting
**We’d love to hear from you if you have;**
- Minimum of five years’ experience working in either/or Fraud, Disputes, or Chargeback Operations functions in a financial services / payments environment
- Two + years working with or actioning Scheme Reports and Monitoring programs
- Robust knowledge of ICS Scheme Rules
- Proven experience with Cards, Mobile and Online payments
- Experience in working in a high volume environment
- Thorough experience in preparing and facilitating workshops and 1:1 dialogue with key stakeholders
