**ABOUT THE JOB**

We are looking for a vibrant and driven **Duty Manager** to join our team on a casual basis, this role requires flexibility to work 20-30 hours per week over a 7-day roster. If you are passionate about delivering superior customer service and enjoy a role full of variety, we want to hear from you The successful applicant will have proficient gaming and liquor knowledge with a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and compliance.

**Opportunity for part-time, full-time, or salary, must have experience supervising a team across premium F&B and/or Gaming.**

**ABOUT YOU**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Quick learner, passionate and enthusiastic
- Trustworthy, reliable, and positive attitude
- Extensive hospitality and retail experience preferable
- Be well organised and able to wear many hats
- Previous gaming experience is essential
- Competent cash-handling skills
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (Essential)
- Responsible Persons Badge or willing to obtain (Essential)
- Basic Gaming and Advanced Gaming Certificates (Essential)
- TAB experience is an advantage but not essential
- Understanding of food safety and work health and safety legislation
- Basic food-handling skills and experience
