We are currently looking for empathetic, fun, caring and outgoing people to join our diverse driving team to assist our NDIS clients in their daily outings and appointments.

About the role
- This role of the support worker is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes
- This includes intensive, flexible, responsive, client focussed support with the aim of assisting clients to successfully improve physical and mental health and develop connections with the community and achieve their goals.
- Support Workers be prepared to work shift work - Monday to Sunday shifts available.
- Will assist participants in their needs of daily living including personal care, domestic assistance, social support, transport, etc

Essential requirements
- Experience supporting people with a disability desired but not essential
- Vaccinated against COVID19
- A current NSW driver's licence
- A current First Aid Certificate and CPR (essential)
- A Working with Children Clearance (essential)
- An NDIS Workers Screening Check (essential)

This role is a casual on-going basis. We offer an attractive hourly rate and driving rate.

**Salary**: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
