**About the ROLE**
**As a Production Manager at UNITA’s key Victorian supply partner, NCI, your role as part of this growing team will work alongside multiple departments within our manufacturing facility based in Victoria.**

What YOU will be doing
- Planning and managing the day-to-day production activities, as well as service and maintenance activities.
- Maintain production output in line with the delivery schedule and cost estimates.
- Ensuring, in collaboration with your employees and other functions that the applicable operational strategies and targets are being achieved.
- Lead and motivate shop floor employees by providing clear and concise instructions and on the job training.
- Deliver improved brand quality - i.e., fit and finish.
- Responsible for the safe and sufficient operation of equipment to produce products to clients’ orders.

**What YOU will bring to the role**
- Prior experience working in Production Leadership/Managerial roles.
- Detailed knowledge of precision manufacturing systems and processes.
- High level of integrity and dependability - with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Full legal working rights in Australia.
