**About the Role**:
Your key deliverables include:

- Develop, optimise and manage legal and safe rosters for the OS deployment workforce;
- Manage team leave, training, rotations and workforce resource movements into deployment planning and execution;
- Participate in roster effectiveness reviews and improvement activities
- Ensure accommodation forecasting is optimised to a high level and managed accordingly;
- Takes action to build team effectiveness. Encourages open and effective communication within the team and collaborates with other teams (both internal and external) to achieve business results;
- Identification and communication of critical issues arising from the logistics plan;
- Ensure LRS data is valid, ability to use LRS to manage shutdown personnel in regard to accommodation, flights and labour;
- Ensure conformance with the BHP Billiton Group Level Documents, Code of Conduct and relevant statutory obligations;
- Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development;
- Carry out responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner ensuring compliance with BHP standards and processes.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated administrative and planning experience, relevant coordination work in the mining industry will be advantageous;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to changes and a very dynamic environment;
- Working knowledge SAM’s Workflow systems, LRS & WRS;
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels;
- Ability to balance between current and future priorities;
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in coordinating vendors;
- Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail.
