Our busy clinic in Miranda is currently seeking a Contact Centre Agent to join the team 
The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, with shifts between the clinic hours of 7:45am-6pm. We also offer flexible rostering options to work within your availability, like a 4 day work week or 9 day fortnight.
Centrally located in the heart of the shire, enjoy the convenience of beautiful beaches, Westfield Miranda, gyms, and eateries all within a short walk or drive from the clinic
**Role Overview**:
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
- Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
- Building relationships with clerical and technical staff, referrers, and radiologists.

**What we're looking for**:
Clear verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service background.
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
Prior experience in a contact centre isn't required, as you will receive supportive training to learn our systems and build a foundation of radiology knowledge. We recommend learning more about what we do here.
