**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Following all quality-related SOP's, signs, directions, etc. to safeguard against any incidents or unsafe conditions.
- Prepare laboratory-scale batches for formulation, customer samples, and various tests. Oversee scale-up and pilot batches, making recommendations for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
- Manage regulatory paperwork and maintain raw material information, maintaining an organized filing system for Certificates of Analysis (COAs), technical, and regulatory documentation.
- Ensure the quality control of laboratory raw material samples by maintaining organized sample storage and COA documents.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies, follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and uphold safety regulations in both laboratory and manufacturing areas.
- Ensuring all quality-checking devices are in place and operational.
- Tertiary qualifications in Science (Chemistry) or similar
- Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of success
- Strong interest in surfactant/emulsion technology
- GLP, GMP and TGA experience
- Strong communication skills, proactive thinking, high motivation
- Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:
