**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Implement Inclusive Teaching Strategies:

- Design and implement instructional strategies that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt and modify curriculum content to ensure accessibility for all students.
- Provide Individualized Support:

- Identify and assess the unique needs of students with diverse abilities.
- Develop and implement ICPs to address academic and behavioural goals.
- Report on and provide evidence for support of students
- Collaborate with Stakeholders:

- Work closely with parents, teachers, and support staff to create a collaborative and supportive network for students.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress, strategies, and adjustments to support their learning journey.
- Create Inclusive Classroom Environment:

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture where every student feels valued and respected.
- Implement and model inclusive practices that promote diversity and celebrate differences.
- Professional Development:

- Work collaboratively with visiting HOSES.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and research in inclusive education.
- Attend relevant workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Special Education certification or relevant experience in inclusive education. Strong communication and collaboration skills. A passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
