Stellar Recruitment’s Civil Division is partnering with a leading top-tier client who is renowned for delivering highly technical and challenging **mining infrastructure** projects Australia wide. With multiple D&C projects currently ramping up to include facility upgrades and mine extensions, various asset management and maintenance projects. This contract will offer an **immediate start** for an experienced **Electrical & Instrumentation Superintendent / Engineer** to join the team delivering this broad scope of projects. You will work directly for the **Principal Contractor** and be well supported by a proven delivery team and well-equipped with the resources required to ensure the smooth running of these upgrades.

**The Role**:
This role will suit an experienced Superintendent, Project Manager or Senior Engineer wanting to develop their leadership capability and gain **client-side** experience whilst still being at the coal face of projects.
- Manage the planning, execution and commissioning stages for E&I projects and manage relevant risks.
- Oversee the design, specification, quality, cost management and HSEQ activities for all E&I projects.
- Engage the operations across all departments including key stakeholders, suppliers, vendors and contractors.
- Actively investigate and implement safety, productivity, and cost initiatives across site.

**The Skills Required**:

- Electrical trade qualification with relevant Instrumentation experience OR someone with an engineering background.
- Leadership experience on major projects preferably in a mining environment.
- The ability to deliver messages well as all projects are highly visible including presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- A current NSW Order 43 Medical or ability to obtain.
