**What you'll do as an Agile Transformation Consultant**

As an Elabor8 Agile Transformation Consultant, you are passionate about enabling business agility and unleashing our client’s business potential. Your goal is to lead and work side-by-side with our client’s senior management teams to coach and guide them in their Agile Transformation journey. Some of the cool things you’ll do are:

- Design and lead end-to-end transformations aligned with business goals and fit for purpose agile ways of working.
- Design operating models and transformation programs
- Assess business agility and ways of working performance
- Coach Agile teams in all roles and functions, from leadership to team coaching
- Be a role model of the Agile Ways of Working and enable teams to deliver products and projects for our clients
- Demonstrate thought leadership in your activities and workshops with our clients
- Contribute to business development, and build trusted relationships with our key clients.

**About you**

You are all about helping customers and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to understand the value of agile ways of working. Your experience enables you to quickly understand organisations, identify improvement opportunities, and design ways of working, operating models and (Lean) Governance processes to enable their business agility.

You want to play an active role in the full transformation spectrum, from defining strategic roadmaps with senior management to hands-on coaching on the floor.You have Agile product and delivery experience and a consultative approach.

As an experienced Agile practitioner, you also possess a proven track record in developing agile teams. You are an innovative thinker and you keep up with the latest development in Agile practices by participating in meetups and by maintaining a rich network of other practitioners.
