**Position: Spare Parts Interpreter**

**Location: Acacia Ridge QLD**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the right parts.
- Use catalogues and technical manuals to locate parts.
- Provide technical advice on part compatibility and installation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and process transactions.
- Collaborate with purchasing for stock replenishment and external sourcing.
- Offer troubleshooting support to customers.
- Accurately pick, pack and dispatch.
- Maintain organized documentation of interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Forklift License
- Previous Parts Interpreter experience preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive/industrial parts and systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
