We wish to complement our existing Fulton Hogan Utilities team with experienced Completions Administrator to join our Fulton Hogan Utilities business based in SA. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further. We offer excellent employee benefits and pathways for further growth.

In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Monitoring project completion milestones to ensure that project completions within deadline- Preparing weekly and monthly status reports, supporting management team to track current build completions- Assist in the project management of all practical completion artifacts by the respective stakeholder- Identifying bottlenecks, defect managements, and ensure report/notes are distributed in time- Completing, compiling and submitting PC documents (ITPs, ITRs, MDRs) in line with client requirements- Liaising with sub-contractors in matters related to project completion- Ad-hoc administration duties as requested as required.

How you'll connect to the role:
- Experience in telecommunications or construction environment will be essential- Engineering Qualification Preferred- QA background from a desktop point of view is essential- Previous experience compiling handover documents would be advantageous- The ability to create detailed Excel spreadsheets and reports- Strong attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy- Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.
