**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- A working understanding of design and/or drafting software packages such as AutoCAD, Microstation, OpenRoads, and/or 12d.
- Knowledge and experience in preparing Road and Civil Design layouts.
- An understanding of relevant industry standards.
- Ability to perform steadily during peak workload and remain calm under pressure.
- Effective communication skills including technical writing and verbal communication.
