**Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries via our website and other communication channels, providing accurate and timely information.
- Assist customers with purchasing processes, providing guidance and support to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Manage and oversee the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize sales opportunities.
- Supervise and support staff handling customer service tickets, ensuring they are equipped to provide top-notch service.
- Monitor customer service performance to ensure all tickets are addressed promptly and effectively, minimizing response times and improving resolution rates.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer service protocols and sales strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to aid in future improvements.
- Assist management with the procurement of products from overseas, coordinating with vendors and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- A problem-solving attitude, capable of handling customer issues with diplomacy and tact.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
