Our client is an international company supplying medical products to hospitals and other medical facilities.

The role will be to manage all client related enquiries - order tracking, order allocation management, WMS data input, client portal training - to support the 3PL operations and generate all reporting requirements to both client and internal senior management. Liaise with sales team to ensure consistent SLA and operational commitments are delivered to the customer.

Basic skills required
- Customer Service or trade industry background minimum 3 years
- Strong customer service background
- Effective at building internal and external relationships across various groups of people
- Warehouse management system (WMS) experience desirable but not mandatory
- Excellent communication, presentation skills
- Proven experience increasing delighting the customer in fast paced environment We have vacancies in our 3PL Warehouse for 3 Administration/Customer client service team members
