**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide domestic assistance and personal care
- Perform all tasks relevant to support work including meal preparation if required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as shift notes, progress notes, and incident reports.

**Requirements**:

- **Valid Driver's Licence & access to a comprehensive-insured car**:

- **Experience in disability support and working with children is preferred**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment
- First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain)

**Shifts**:

- Morning shifts**:10:00am - 2:00pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday**:

- Ability to work extra shifts on other days or times for clients around North Ipswich, when available
