Role & Responsibilities:

As an NDIS Support Worker with Care to Heal, you will:

  • Provide personal care and support for daily activities.
  • Encourage community participation and social engagement.
  • Assist with meal preparation, medication prompts, and light household duties.
  • Implement and follow personalised care plans.
  • Foster a safe, positive environment for clients.
  • Build meaningful connections through mentorship and supportive guidance.
  • Collaborate with our team to create an inclusive and welcoming space.

Requirements:

To join our team, you must have:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Police Check (within the last 6 months)
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • Reliable Vehicle with comprehensive or third-party property damage insurance
  • Desirable: Minimum 1 year of experience in the disability sector (support work)
