The Corporate Receptionist / Office Administrator as the first point of contact plays an important role in supporting the business by providing professional administrative support.

It is essential that you demonstrate initiative and work as an enthusiastic team member. At all times, consideration must be given to the impact and effect that this role has on the Group Companies and their clients.

**Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to)**:
**Front Office Management & Customers Interaction**: Professionally greet clients upon arrival and answer incoming calls, determining the purpose and directing them appropriately to internal dept. ensuring seamless communication and effective correspondence with customers. This includes coordinating parking and managing the overall professional appearance and functionality of the Corporate front desk/reception area.

**Meeting & Event Coordination**: Play an integral role in planning and preparing for various corporate events ensuring all details are taken care of.

**Additional Responsibilities**: Execute any other relevant duties or tasks as directed by the Supervisor/Manager or the Management Team, showcasing flexibility and commitment to the company's objectives.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (native preferred)
- Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
- Proven experience as Corporate Administrator/Receptionist preferably with medium to large organization
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Adapt to fast-paced environment with a tenacity and positive 'can-do' attitude, detail driven and customer serivce mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize with excellent time management skills
- Intermediate and advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
