**The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly experienced supply chain professional to join our Supply Chain Management Logistics team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the provision of supply chain expertise, guidance and leadership to enable flying training and depot maintenance operations for the Air Combat Electronic Attack Sustainment Program at **RAAF Base Amberley.**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and mentor cross-functional supply chain teams supporting flying activities and depot maintenance operations.
- Plan and execute the provision of squadron logístical support from remote localities.
- Promote a continued drive for supply chain excellence, focusing on contract performance, corporate governance, continuous improvement, safety and quality.
- Develop supply chain solutions for new business campaigns and growth.
- Build and sustain positive relationships across multiple disciplines, influence key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Provide supply chain guidance and advice to programs and leaders.
- Build and execute productivity improvements aligning with program and capability direction.

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience working within dynamic global supply chains.
- Experience in executing Supply Chain support within Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul industry
- Tertiary qualifications and/or 10+ years' experience, or equivalent combination within supply chain industry
- Demonstrated experience of championing and delivering safety initiatives.
- Defence supply chain execution and knowledge desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in challenging and/or remote environments.
- Experience engaging with and managing subcontractors and contract managers.
