An exciting opportunity exists for a Supply Support Team Lead within our Air Combat and Electronic Attack (ACEA) Program team at RAAF Amberley. Embedded within the Change Team - your mission will be to manage projects to enhance the capabilities of Defence's F/A-18 Super Hornet and EA-18 Growler Fleet.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage Asset Coordinators
  • Inventory management, including maintaining stock levels at locations and ensuring the integrity of material control.
  • Analyse complex problems and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks/issues to ensure key stakeholders deliverables are met.
  • Provide KPI reports from Inventory Management Systems to identify performance trends and implement remediation as appropriate.

The Person:

  • Requires a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation or Distribution
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant experience.
  • Exposure to a Defence sustainment program is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and subordinate leaders.
