Northrop Grumman Australia provides the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) with through-life support for its fleet of KC-30A Multi-role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft—a derivative of the Airbus A330-200. The platform is a trusted and proven asset and the program is continually growing in capability and expertise.

The KC-30A Supply Chain team is now seeking a highly motivated and professional** Supply Operations and Planning Manager** to lead our KC-30A Enterprise Supply team RAAF Base Amberley and Brisbane Modification Centre at Pinkenba.

**About You**:
As a member of the KC-30A Enterprise, you will provide leadership across Supply, Planning, Procurement (indirectly) and Warehousing. You will also focus on continuous improvements across the supply chain function along with ensuring we are providing solutions focused offering to the customer and KC-30A Enterprise.

You will bring a high level of passion and drive for the continuous improvement along with a dedication to personal and professional growth.

Having had extensive experience in leadership roles across supply chain function, within a matrix organisation you have the ability to make effective and informed decision, provide solution to our clients problems, provide peer review, coach and mentor junior members of the team.

With a focus on quality, outcomes are key here so we are looking for a high level of commercial acumen combined with an engaging approach to collaborating with both internal stakeholders and the customer.
