**Location**:Mulgrave, AUWe have a fantastic opportunity for a National Account Manager to join our rapidly growing business. The role will be responsible for supporting national key accounts and department stores with a focus on the development and growth of our ranges in those businesses. Other accountabilities include providing analytical support and recommendations for portfolio businesses; You will also prepare reports and analysis of account performance, assisting and preparing presentations and other communications, updating, and maintaining promotional planning tools; Preparation of claims and accruals for A&P activities.

**Some of your duties will include**
- Develops and grows assigned National Accounts inc. Department Stores.
- Executes and Maximises sales with monthly and periodic promotions in line with account and market expectations.
- Ensures that Consumer Goods’ products are effectively merchandised in stores for maximum retail and resell advantage.
- Concisely reports on activities and aspects noted in the territory that may influence our place in the market.
- Increases the range of HHL products stocked in all retailers as well as gaining increased shelf space.
- Details company advertising and arranges promotional activities to increase sales potential in all outlets.
- Follows set procedures for order processing, new account openings, credits and returns.
- Specify accounts that require regular stock counts and merchandising activity where vendor refill is operating.
- Conducts retailer trade nights / training sessions when launching new products/ranges and /or reinforcing product knowledge for existing products/ranges.
- Represents the company, as required, at trade breakfasts / evenings and business functions.
- Actively participates in the set up and running of trade shows as required, always keeping a clear focus towards maximising sales results for the company.

**About you**

You’re a natural communicator, confident and engaging in your approach. You must have prior experience selling to National Department Stores and large national retailers. You will have the opportunity to utilise your critical thinking and demonstrate your leadership skills with an ability to communicate effectively and maintain productive working relationships with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders. You will possess the ability to collaborate with others through various levels of the organization. You are comfortable navigating SAP and have worked in a similar sales role or kitchenware retail environment for a minimum of 10 years.
