**The opportunity**:
As an Administration Assistant, you will coordinate and collaborate with multiple administration employees to ensure consistent administration processes and identify opportunities for improvement. You will provide generalist administration support to the Next Generation Network Operations (NGNO) Program, working under general direction and assisting in training others.
- Deliver general administration support, including planning, data processing, travel, meetings, catering, invoice payment, and document proofing/editing.
- Provide administrative support to the NGNO Program team, ensuring accurate and organised project documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, assist with onboarding, and provide reports using various tools.
- Manage program information, perform data entry, and ensure consistency within the team.
- Collaborate with PMO team members, contribute to project delivery, support invoice processing, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Your role will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our administration processes.
