We are looking for a very experienced **Disability Support Worker** in the **DANDENONG** area in Melbourne's South East region. You must be available to do night/evening shift which includes sleepover

- **Medication Management Experience**:

- _**You must have 2 years experience working as an RN / EN or 3 years as disability support worker working in complex high intensity supports**_

**You will be required to**:

- Assisting with Daily Life Tasks
- Personal Care
- Bowel Care
- Meal Preparation
- Community Access
- Household Tasks
- Companionship

**Shifts**:

- **PRIORITY Shift: Evening / Night Shifts (8pm - 8am - 4 hours active) - roughly 3-4 days**:

- **Mornings and afternoon shifts also possible for 1-2 days**

Mandatory Qualifications are required for this role
- Bachelor in Nursing, Cert III, IV in Disability or Aged Care Services or Certificate in Individual Support
- Manual Handling certificate
- Medication Management Certificate
- Food Handling Certificate
- National/International Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Screening Check
- Infection Control Training
- Vaccination record against covid19
- First Aid Certificate (incl. resuscitation)
- Valid Driver's License and Access to an insured vehicle.
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination status including booster
- Introduction to the NDIS training module certificate.
- Additional Training/Certificates such as Bowel Care, Food Safety etc

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $37.00 - $70.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
