**Technical Solution Analyst**

Reporting to Technical Solutions Manager under Mercer Global IT, your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining print and digital operational correspondence for members. The position is responsible for maintenance and support of existing member correspondences for in-house and revenue generating projects to our clients.

**We will count on you to**:

- Provide guidance and advice to project members and influence on methods/ways to properly design, configure and develop complex communication templates
- Develop complex and “smart” member correspondences templates through MS Word Content Controls features in a standardised and structural manner
- Manage activities to investigate, triage, diagnose and resolve complex correspondences related issues
- Conduct scope and solutions analysis for Correspondence projects related activities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide input into enhancement/modification of DWH for developers to execute.

**What you need to have**:

- Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and sub queries
- A self-motivated fast learner with a proactive attitude
- A natural ability to think outside the box to troubleshoot, solve, and avoid problems (a logical a lateral thinker)
- Extensive experience with technical requirements gathering and with creating systems requirements specifications from business requirement
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills (experience using Content Controls and XML highly desirable)
- Experience developing complex print and digital documents or templates using Microsoft Word
- Experience working with Data Warehouses and other centralised data sources
- Experience in project scoping, gathering functional and non-functional requirements and mapping out processes.
