The Role

Dive into a role that’s more than just a job. As Levande’s Village Manager at The Cove based in Daley’s Point, you’ll step into a role where you can truly make a difference every day. You'll play a vital part in nurturing a welcoming community, enhancing residents experiences through positive engagement and exceptional customer service. Operational success will be achieved through outstanding staff leadership and an individual alignment to Levande’s Values.

**Your Impact**:

- Oversee daily village operations, ensuring resident satisfaction remains consistently high.
- Implement company policies and strategies to uphold community standards and Levande Values.
- Cultivate robust customer relationships and facilitate village maintenance in a timely manner.
- Play a key role in budget preparation and financial processing
- Ensure a safe environment for all residents, staff, volunteers and contractors

- Previous experience in retirement living is advantageous, but not mandatory, as we value diverse perspectives.
