As Product Manager (PM) you are a critical member of an agile team. You will be responsible for the strategy and experience development of all new Connected Care propositions. Your purpose will be to represent the needs of the customer and work closely with other Product Managers, leadership and mission leads to deliver the Connected Care strategy.

**The Opportunity**

The Product Manager will be part of the Propositions Connected Care mission that are providing strategic and common capabilities leveraged across all of Bupa. In this role you will be responsible for implementing and guiding strategies while considering and having a deep understanding of current business priorities and challenges.

As a leader in the Customer experience team, you will need to focus on customer experiences that differentiate, are customer led and focus on customers to enable health care solutions and outcomes. This role also has a strategic focus and needs to understand the market, the business, commercial opportunities, and the customer to be empowered to make the right decisions around the direction forward as well as contribute to the product strategy and vision

**About You**

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Experience working in an Agile delivery environment as a Product Manager: Different approaches to prioritisation, backlog creation and grooming, good understanding of scrum and an understanding of SAFe is a bonus.
- Solid knowledge of Lean product and customer development.
- Experience in working on ideas / problems in the early stages of a product to determine direction forward including building business cases
- Experience forming a Product Strategy/Vision, the ability to translate it into a roadmap, and can turn that into a backlog.
- Ability to learn new complex technical topics quickly
- The ability to develop and implement customer-centric strategies to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty
- Experience in working on ideas / problems in the early stages of a product to determine direction forward including building business cases
- Experience in building relationships and influencing at all levels across the organisation
- The ability to communicate, facilitate, collaborate and lead - and know when to use each.
- An appreciation for Human Centred Design.
- Experience working across multiple streams in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
- An analytical focus with an appreciation of data analysis, commercial drivers, business viability and technical feasibility.
- A mix of Agile, Lean and HCD approaches and are familiar with a range of digital tools and frameworks to support your vision, roadmaps, analysis and reporting.
- A tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience)
