**About the Role**

We are seeking **reliable, compassionate, and committed Community Support Workers** to assist NDIS clients with daily living tasks. Your role will involve providing:
✔ **Community support & care** (personal care, medication assistance, domestic support)
✔ **Social engagement** (appointments, outings, transport)
✔ **Meal preparation & interaction**
✔ **Support in the Community** (plus the opportunity to work in Supported Independent Living homes)

**Requirements**:
**COVID-19 Vaccination** - Fully vaccinated (all 3 doses required)
**NDIS Worker Clearance** (mandatory)
**Current First Aid & CPR Certificate** (Valid)
**Driver’s License & Reliable Vehicle** (Willing to travel)
**Cert III or higher** in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health, or similar
**NDIS Commission & Safeguard Certificates** (4 online training modules)
**Strong communication & documentation skills**
**Commitment to person-centered care**

**Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in English**

**Preferred (but not essential)**: Influenza vaccine

We aim for a **quick and smooth onboarding process**, so be prepared to complete all necessary documentation promptly.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $41.76 - $42.00 per hour
