Position: High School and ATAR Tutors (Online and In-person)
**Responsibilities**:
- Create personalized learning plans tailored to each student's academic needs and goals.
- Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment to enhance student confidence and academic performance.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track their development over time.
- Communicate with students if they have difficulties with studies via text.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and the NP Tutoring team to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to student learning.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and establish a positive learning environment.
- Passionate about education and committed to the success of every student.
- Flexibility to accommodate both online and in-person tutoring sessions, based on student preferences and needs.
- Availability to tutor during after-school hours and possibly weekends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or currently pursuing (required).
- Drivers licence (required).
**Location**:
- Online.
- At a local library.
- At clients' homes.
