They are currently seeking a talented SOMMELIER, to be part of this professional team and create an unforgettable and personalised experience for guests from start to finish.

**THE ROLE**
- Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure company’s culture of service and quality is maintained
- Liaise with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to be across all items on the menu which change with the seasons.
- Work in a fine dining environment where you have exclusive bottles from the cellar door to showcase to customers.
