The Independent Hospital and Aged Care Pricing Authority (IHACPA) is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Services and Compliance Officer within its Office of the CEO (OCEO) Branch.
This position assists the OCEO to administer, coordinate and support all corporate service related activities for IHACPA and its stakeholders. This position also assists the management of IHACPA’s compliance obligations.
Key responsibilities include:
**Office maintenance**
- arrange repairs or replacement of office fittings, furniture and equipment
- manage maintenance contractors including the scheduling and supervision of works
- liaise with building management on maintenance issues
- manage ongoing maintenance contracts.
- assist in the management of enhancements to the existing fit out
- security and ICT services support such as issuing access cards and managing visitor and contractor access processes.
**Office administration**
- meet and greet visitors and take telephone messages
- organise stationery orders, couriers and travel
- aquit statements and organise payment of invoices
- assist in onboarding new staff and organising training
- undertake secretariat duties for internal committees
- organise staff induction and training
- manage compliance reports and registers
- other general administration
