**Position Overview**:
As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of our retail store. Your role will encompass team leadership, sales management, customer service, and maintaining the store's overall success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of retail associates, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
- Create and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment for the team
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales goals
- Ensure exceptional customer service by fostering a customer-focused culture among staff members
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and oversee product ordering and replenishment
- Plan and execute visually appealing store displays and merchandising strategies
- Collaborate with upper management to establish and implement operational policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and effective manner
- Analyze sales reports, financial data, and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Manage staffing schedules, ensure proper staffing levels, and oversee recruitment and training of new team members
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a retail management role is required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
