They have cultivated a people first work environment where all are inclusive and challenged to be their best. We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for the Bondi Junction Store.

**About the Job**:
We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to engage, listen and guide customers to the right products for them.

**About You**:

- Previous Management or Assistant Management experience within a customer service environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving and commercial acumen
- An empathetic and open mindedness approach to people performance/management
- Passion for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service
