We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager for their American upscale home furnishing store in Bondi Junction. This could be your opportunity as an experienced manager to join a well-structured business that is continually growing.

**The Job**:

- Reporting to the Store Manager and assisting in all daily store operations.
- Reviewing sales reports and generating ideas to drive business success.
- Leading your team to achieving sales and constantly developing their skills
- Contributing to and fostering a supportive and inclusive working environment that thrives in enriching customers' shopping experiences.

**About You**:

- Possess a creative spirit and a passion for interior design.
- Proven ability in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Previous experience in a retail management role.
- Drive to provide exceptional customer service.
