Reporting to the Customer Director, you will be responsible for supporting with management of accruals, outstanding deductions, and financial analysis, and providing valuable insight and recommendations to improve both processes and ROI. You will also assist the Customer Development Leaders with customer administration, and collaborate internally and externally with key stakeholders to deliver first class insights and solutions which help devise and execute mutually beneficial joint business plans to deliver sustainable growth. **What are we looking for?**: - Experience with using sales data to conduct analysis on key activations and segments - An agile learner with confidence to deal with multiple stakeholders - An entrepreneurial approach as it relates to improving simplification & efficiency of communication and materials - Customer experience preferred, but not essential - Experience with accrual management tools such as Promax **What will be your key responsibilities?**: - Own the administrative processes within the Woolworths customer relationship - Own the relationship with the Woolworths Category Analysts - Process all incoming claims in line with business expectations demonstrated by the effective management of a clean (zero
