**Monarch Info Tech Services** is looking for a permanent full-time Developer Programmer/Analyst Programmer with relevant skills and qualifications in Melbourne and Sydney. This role collaborates in design and code functionality for enterprise-level products that meet business and customer requirements. You will perform code modification, analysis, testing, and debugging tasks as well as provide input related to product futures. Strong coding skills and a passion for learning are necessary to accomplish company and personal goals.

**Job Location** - Melbourne, VIC & Sydney, NSW

**Salary** - $70,000 to $140,000/year plus Superannuation

**Responsibilities**
- Develop diagrams and flow charts on computer operation process.
- Determine, develop and document software specifications throughout production lifecycle.
- Analyze and rectify software errors and present precise status reports on time.
- Upgrade and offer patches to existing computer systems.
- Support programmers and analysts to conceptualize and develop new software programs.
- Plan software development lifecycle phases.
- Prepare and document software specifications and requirements.
- Research and document software users’ requirements.
- Offer input to SDLC documentation specialists and edit documentation.

To succeed in this role, you should possess
- Experience in any of the programming languages (Java, Python, C#)
- Front End HTML/SCSS/CSS/JS experience with Front End framework (Vue/Angular)
- Knowledge in Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the confidence to develop proposals and strategies for software design activities
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Software Programmer or Developer
- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering (or related discipline)
