ABOUT THE BRAND
BFT is Australia’s newest and most advanced group training methodology. We’ve incorporated scientifically proven training techniques aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle into a variety of 50 minute training sessions that are overseen by accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment.
High levels of visual content showcasing our programs are shown on multiple digital displays throughout the studio and allow our trainers to spend more time concentrating on our members.

Our coaches are the face of our business. They are an integral part of each and every thing we do and are critical to the growth of our member base. BFT coaches will use their knowledge, skills and abilities to teach safe and effective exercise at all times. We are passionate about ensuring that our member’s experience is not just confined to the four walls of our studio.
At BFT Berwick we are looking for team members that want to be part of something bigger & better, and are willing to work hard to contribute to the growth of our studio. Our coaches genuinely care about each individual that enters our studio, and are driven by the opportunity to share their passion for health & fitness with others. We are looking for coaches that value evidence based training, high quality coaching, and can take initiative to elevate the member experience. This role requires someone who is able to commit to continued learning, gaining a thorough understanding of the brand & the product they will be delivering, and is able to keep up with the fast paced & demanding environment alongside our already established team.
ABOUT YOU
Do you have the following experience and qualities?
- Minimum Cert 4 in Fitness
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Tertiary eduction in Ex Sci/Sports Sci/Human Movement or similar is preferable
- ASCA Level 1 desirable
- Previous experience in personal training & group training
- Previous experience in a strength & conditioning/high performance environment, or working with athletes
- Proven success in building and sustaining a client base
- Ability to build an awesome member community
- Highly motivated and have a passion to succeed
- Have exceptional customer service and sales skills

- Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role
- Passion for the health and fitness industry and want to change people’s lives
