**About our Nursery**

We’ve recently expanded our state-of-the-art Nursery facility from 2 to 4 hectares of climate-controlled glasshouse space. We grow 3 million seedling annually. Located in Warragul, this world-class nursery specialises in the cultivation of tomatoes, capsicums, and cucumbers. Our operations are built on leading-edge agricultural technology and sustainable practices—including automated water management systems that support efficiency and environmental responsibility. The Nursery is part of a broader 30-hectare glasshouse and large-scale production facility, designed to support ongoing innovation and high-performance growing.

**About the role**

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team in a hands-on nursery leadership role. You’ll work closely with our growers to coach, lead, and support the team while actively contributing to the successful delivery of nursery operations.

- Previous experience coaching and leading a team
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
