**Your Role**
In the role of Diesel Fitter, you will be responsible for effective troubleshooting and ensuring the equipment quality meets clients' satisfaction and company standards are adhered to. The split between depot duties and field service would be about 50 / 50. While based out of Brisbane, there will be regular travel to regional centres such as Moranbah, Cloncurry, and occasionally the NT. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- **Engine Diagnostics**:

- **Basic Fabrication**:

- **Fault finding**:

- **Commissioning Brand New Equipment**:

- **Tuning and Servicing Engines from 4 - 23 Litre Capacity**:

- **Contribute to optimum team performance and capability by providing quality workmanship to maintain and enhance equipment reliability.**:

- **Carry out effective troubleshooting to minimise downtime**:

- **Maintain and enhance relationships and communication with the team and external customers.**

**About You**

You have proven experience from a diesel fitter background, and understand diesel engines. You will be a tradesperson who is experienced in diesel engines and wants to work in a clean, well-organised environment with varied tasks. This would see you excel in the role and within the company along with the following skills and personal attributes:
