We’re growing fast and looking for a **unicorn duo,**two reliable, motivated cleaners who love working together, take pride in their work, and bring good vibes to every job.

About the Role

We’re seeking a cleaning duo to handle **Airbnb turnovers** and **regular domestic cleans** across the Moreton Bay and North Brisbane - some work down to the Gold Coast
This is an **active, hands-on role** that changes weekly, perfect for those who enjoy variety, flexibility, and teamwork.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Cleaning and detailing residential and Airbnb properties to a high standard
- Following OCD Guys checklists and using company-approved products
- Working efficiently as a two-person team to meet deadlines
- Communicating with clients and head office when needed
- Maintaining professionalism and pride in every clean

You’ll Need
- Your own **car** and **current driver’s licence**:

- Prior **professional cleaning experience** (Airbnb or domestic preferred)
- Availability for flexible hours (Airbnbs vary week to week)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- An eye for detail and a positive attitude
