**We are** currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Wellbeing Team Member** **to join our friendly team in Parkdale

What does your new role look like?

Actively encouraging residents to participate in:

- Recreational & leisure experiences
- Well-being programs
- Individual social engagement, emotional, spiritual & cultural support
- Family & Community liaison
- Community engagement & social justice projects
- Individual social engagement & emotional support
- Assisting with care plans and programs
- Continually exploring new opportunities and programs to meet the needs of our residents
- To be considered for this role, here is what we’re looking for:_

You will align to our Family **Values** and be honest and caring. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for the residents living in the home.

Desirable Experience and Qualifications:

- Food Safety Certificate
- An understanding of the Aged Care Standards, accreditation, continuous improvement and ANACC requirements.
- Proven experience within a residential aged care setting
- PCW Certificate
- desirable however not essential
- Current police check
- Triple COVID vaccination
