**Variety of Work**
Your role will be one of accounts data entry work with MYOB, payables and receivables as the priority as well as general administration work such as answering phone calls and talking to clients.

The role has the potential to move into consult with other businesses/clients with MYOB including customisation and data migration.

Our business is in strong demand with a lot of inquiries for people wanting our products and services so you will be an integral part of contributing to the business growing.
**The Essentials for this Role**
You have at least 2 years full time experience with MYOB with data entry.

You will need to be able to work independently without any supervision. Your experience in accounts and administration is therefore essential for the position.
**Desirable Experience**
You’ve worked in the IT industry and a passion for modern technology.

**The Essentials for this Role**
- You speak English clearly to greet and communicate well with customers.
- MYOB ARL hands-on knowledge with a minimum of two years of experience.
- Have two years of experience with a CRM and ideally with ConnectWise.
- Proven experience and knowledge of bookkeeping
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365, with a good attitude, and ability to learn other software products
- Strong writing, editing and proof-reading skills
- Excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills
- Great organisational, time management skills
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and thoroughness
- Impeccable attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and work unsupervised, with the ability to prioritise efforts
- A presentable and polished appearance with a professional demeanour
- An ability to be pro-active and willing to help wherever possible
- An ability to be a collaborative team player who works well with others and independently

It would be desirable to have a Cert IV in Bookkeeping.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
