**About the role**:
**As a **Marketing Coordinator **at PTC Phone Tech & Comm, you will lead the charge in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, driving brand awareness and boosting retail sales and repair services. Your expertise in data analysis will enable you to optimize EDM and social media activities, ensuring the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. Leading the customer service team, you will deliver unparalleled experiences to our customers and foster long-lasting relationships. Your creative thinking and understanding of market trends will drive customer retention strategies and contribute to the growth of our brand.**

**To be successful for this role, you will have**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).**:

- **Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, including 1 year in a managerial or team leadership role.**:

- **Proven track record in successful marketing strategies, with innovative thinking and collaboration skills to drive improvement across business units.**:

- **Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.**:

- **Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.**:

- **Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).**:

- **Experience in customer service operations and handling complaints in a retail environment preferred.**:

- **Experience in sales or marketing within the retail industry, focusing on mobile phones, devices, or scooter repairs preferred.**
