We are seeking an Administration/Reception Officer for a full-time temporary role commencing asap. Based in Larapinta, this position is with one of Australia’s leading manufacturers of quality semi-trailers and associated transport equipment.
**Applicants will need to have**:
- Previous reception, administration and customer service experience.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Experience in using MS Office - EXCEL and Outlook in particular, Arrow - ERP
**Duties in this role**:
- Open and close and manage the front reception area.
- Maintain a clean reception area and also other areas including the staff facilities with appropriate stock and staff needs.
- Work with other internal customers (including Head Office) to support customer needs and associated administration tasks
- Arrange courier drop off and delivery - no heavy lifting required in this role
- Customer service
- General Administrative tasks as required
