Join Our Client an **Highly regarding transportation **company as **Customer Service Representative** (Permanent Role).

**Responsibilities**
- Handling external and internal communication and management systems
- Telephone/reception input as required
- Provide all necessary office support to the team
- Excellent customer service

**Skills & Qualifications**
- No formal qualifications are required but experience preferred.
- Experience in an office and customer service environment
- Sound knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Minimum typing and data entry speed 50 wpm
- Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels - written, phone and face to face

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Larapinta, QLD 4110: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
