**Your Impact**

Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing and dotted line to Distribution Manager, this stand alone role will support 3 supply chain sites in Queensland partnering with front line leaders, having a focus on continuous improvement, identifying and providing recommendations for development and learning needs, and delivering key strategic priorities through your influencing skills to uplift the capability of the frontline workforce.

**The opportunity and responsibilities**:

- Managing and Improving training records and administration
- Developing or sourcing new training programs
- Implementing Competency Action Plans, to build operational capability
- Acting as a point of reference for onsite employees, on L&D initiatives across health and safety and operational processes
- Building strong relationships with onsite stakeholders, to ensure staff are equipped with the right skills, at the right time, to feel confident and empowered in their individual roles
- Providing on-the-job coaching and support, actively building high quality training and assessment capability, in various work areas, to meet strategic objectives
- Sharing collaboratively learning solutions and resources across the Supply Chain L&D community

**About You**

Passionate about learning and development, you are likely to have gained your experience in a continuous improvement environment, which may include manufacturing, supply chain, distribution or logistics.
- As a natural people person, you will have the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Certificate IV in Training & Workplace Assessment or equivalent qualification
- Experience in supply chain activities and processes, highly regarded
- Experience of people and team management
- Strong training needs analysis skills
- Strong training program design and delivery
- Strong process management and administration skills
- Strong change management skills

**In addition, you will possess**:

- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
